By adopting/buying a custom from us, you automatically agree to these rules. If you don't like these rules, simply don't buy an adopt from us.

T.O.S can be changed anytime we like.
If you violate these rules, you will be banned from purchasing any other adopts from us including raffles, and free adopts.
Account must be at least 1 week old.
Separate files will only be given if requested. Files wil be transparent .png
PAYMENT :
Payment can be using points(
) or via PayPal USD ($$$)
Do not send payment until we tell you to do so.
If using points, we will set up a commission widget for you. If you send it anywhere else like the donation pool or give button, it will be counted as a generous donation.
If using PayPal and there are any fees, you must pay them. Or we seen some people tell you to check "No address needed"
You have 24 hrs to pay, if you fail to pay, you will get a warning. Second time banned.
BIDDING :
When bidding, please serious bids only. If you retract a bid or hiding comments you will get banned.
When bidding, always reply to the highest bidder.
OTHER/IMPORTANT :
Most of our adopts will be a set price of 0-100 or $.0 - $1.00 USD
Do not claim design as your own, however you do not need to credit us as well.
You may re-submit into your gallery and other websites.
You may alter the design however please make sure the original design is still noticeable.
You may gift, trade and/or resell the adopt. If you are reselling, I don't care how much you sell it for, please just make sure the new buyer knows the original price of the adopt.
Free adopts can not be traded or resold, can only be gifted
If you ever trade, gift or resell an adopt, please comment below to tell us with this form
No refunds. You are free to give the adopt back.
